1 Day Advanced Trainer Course
The Advanced Trainer
This Course is aimed for Experienced Trainers/Teachers wishing to progress ultimately to become Master Trainers .
Prerequisites:This Course is aimed for candidates who have completed the 2 day train the trainer course or hold a professional qualification in teaching or training ( i.e. 7306, 7307, ENB 998, Cert. Ed, CIPD, PGCE , B Ed, etc).

- Personal learning & delivery styles
- Spatial Anchoring
- Eye Accessing cues
- Sensory Language preferences
- Brainworks
- Voice, Pace ,Tonality
- Non Verbal Communication
- How to communicate Badly
- What makes people tick
- Representational systems
- Confusion is good
- Taking responsibility for Learner Retention Rates
All candidates will be required to deliver a short session and assess and give feedback on other candidates teaching sessions..
