Train the Trainer Course
This Course is aimed for existing trainers/deliverers aiming to advance their existing practices. It is designed stretch the candidates style of delivery and to fully implement all criteria for presenting a full structured course in their own particular discipline..
Prerequisites:
New trainers should have completed the 1 day train the trainer course or at least should be already delivering training within their own discipline
Course Content:
- Contract setting including ‘setting the scene’
- Preparation – good practices, myths & legends
- Structure
- Story telling and relating to purpose
- Creating the experience
- Constant evaluation & observation
- Confidence factors
- Macro & Micro Body Language
- Control forces & Time handling
- Personal style development
- Advanced Rapport Building
- Presenting/facilitating/coaching/Instructing/mentoring/teaching
- Giving it purpose
- Taking responsibility for learning outcomes & action planning
All candidates will be required to deliver 2 short sessions ( one at the beginning and one at the end of the course) to demonstrate improvement factors and acquired learning. Video / Roleplay techniques are also employed during the course.
